Admission of First - Time Students

Thank you for your interest in applying to Eden SDA High School. To get started, download our application form. For any question or queries call us at Telephone number (501) 824-2966 during normal office hours.

**Applicants who have not previously attended high school are first-time students.

Registration Process

Fill out each section of the form (information supplied on your application becomes a part of your permanent record)

1. Two (2) recent passport size photographs (no jewelry)

2. One (1) copy of Birth Certificate

3. Primary School Examination (PSE) Report

4. Report Card and Recommendation Letter of last school attended

5. Transferees must provide official Transcript of last school attended

6. Non-immigrants must submit proof of residency

All the above information must be submitted to the school in person, by mail or fax.
